Canvases are available on the Team plan.
Creating a canvas
- In your projects view, click New and choose New canvas.
- Give it a name (or skip that for later).
- The empty canvas opens, ready for projects.
Adding projects
Open the Projects panel in the canvas sidebar and click Add project to pick from your team’s projects. Each project appears on the canvas as a live preview. Drag items in the sidebar to change their order on the canvas.Showing variations
If a project has variations, you can display them all on the canvas at once. Open the project’s menu on the canvas and turn on Include variations, then choose which ones to show. This is a great way to review an entire campaign’s worth of variations at a glance.Navigating the canvas
Use the controls in the corner of the viewport, or their keyboard shortcuts:- Zoom in (
=) and Zoom out (-) - Zoom to 100% (
0) for actual size - Zoom to fit (
9) to frame everything at once - Pan tool — click the hand icon, or just hold Space and drag
Sharing a canvas
Canvases publish just like projects: click Share, toggle on Publish to web, and use Copy link to send a read-only view to anyone — no Denada account required. One important detail: visitors can only see projects that are themselves published. If your published canvas contains unpublished projects, a warning appears in the canvas editor with a one-click Publish all projects link that publishes them all at once. See publishing to the web for more on how published links work.Canvases are a newer feature and we’re actively expanding their capabilities. If you have feedback, reach out to support@heydenada.com or our Community Slack.
