Canvases give you a visual, whiteboard-style workspace where you can arrange templates and content side by side for review, presentation, or planning.

What are canvases?

A canvas is a freeform space where you can:
  • Place multiple templates and content pieces on an infinite workspace
  • Arrange items visually for stakeholder review or campaign planning
  • Zoom and pan to focus on different areas
  • Share the canvas with your team or external reviewers

Creating a canvas

  1. Click + New in the top-right corner and choose New canvas
  2. Add items to the canvas from your existing templates
  3. Drag and resize items to arrange your layout
  4. Use zoom controls to adjust your view

Variations on a canvas

When you add a project that has variations to a canvas, you can expand it to show all variations side by side. Click on the project on the canvas, toggle Include variations, and select which variations to display. This is a great way to review an entire campaign’s worth of variations at a glance — or present them to stakeholders for approval.

Sharing canvases

Canvases can be shared with a public link, just like templates. Recipients see a read-only view of your canvas layout.
Canvases are a newer feature and we’re actively expanding their capabilities. If you have feedback, reach out to support@heydenada.com or our Community Slack.
