Categories of personal information we collect

Sources of personal information
We collect personal information from:- You, when you create an account, use the platform, contact support, or subscribe to communications
- Your team’s administrator, when you are added to a Denada team by your employer
- Single sign-on providers (e.g., Google), when you authenticate via SSO
- Service providers that process data on our behalf
- Automated technologies such as cookies, when you visit our website
Business or commercial purposes
We use personal information for the following business or commercial purposes under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(e):- Performing the services or providing the goods reasonably anticipated by the consumer
- Auditing related to counting ad impressions, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance — not applicable, Denada does not show ads
- Security, including detecting and preventing fraud
- Debugging to identify and repair errors
- Short-term, transient use, including non-personalized advertising — not applicable, Denada does not show ads
- Performing services on behalf of the business (e.g., providing customer service, processing orders, processing payments)
- Internal research for technological development and demonstration
- Maintaining and improving the quality and safety of the service
Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose
We disclose the categories of personal information identified above to the following categories of recipients, each for a business purpose under a written contract that restricts their use of the information:- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Cloudflare)
- AI / LLM inference providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Fireworks, Groq)
- Email and communication providers (e.g., Postmark, Campaign Monitor)
- Search providers (e.g., Algolia)
- Professional advisors (e.g., legal counsel, auditors) under confidentiality obligations
- Government authorities where required by law
Sale and sharing of personal information
Denada does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide the required opt-out mechanism.Use of sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ae). Accordingly, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information under §1798.121 is not applicable. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide the required limitation mechanism.Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by law. Specific retention timelines are listed in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.Your CCPA rights

- We may ask you to verify your identity to confirm the request is genuine
- We respond within 45 days of a verifiable request (extendable by 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you)
