Before delivering an email project, you can see exactly how it will look in a real inbox — first with a proof email, then with full multi-client render testing through Inbox Monster.
Sending a proof email
- Open your project and click Share.
- Select Send proof email.
- Enter up to 10 email addresses, separated by commas, newlines, or semicolons.
- Click the confirm button to send.
Denada renders your project to final HTML and delivers it as a real email to every address you list, so you can check formatting, images, and responsiveness in actual email clients.
A few details worth knowing:
- Proof emails look like the real thing, but they’re sent from Denada’s dedicated proof address rather than your own domain — this keeps test sends from affecting your sending reputation.
- The subject line is prefixed with “[Proof]” and gets a short random suffix, so repeated test sends don’t collapse into a single thread in your inbox.
- The addresses you enter are remembered in your browser, so re-sending after a round of edits takes seconds.
Send proofs to addresses in multiple email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) to catch client-specific rendering quirks before going live.
