A library is a collection of reusable blocks — hero sections, text areas, product grids, footers, and more — that define the building pieces for your email templates. Libraries carry your brand training, are fully responsive, and support dark mode out of the box. There are three ways to create a library in Denada, depending on what you are starting with.

Method 1: AI chat

The fastest way to get started is to describe what you need in a chat. Denada will build a library for you, creating blocks with appropriate parameters based on your description.
  1. Click + New in the top-right corner and choose New project.
  2. Describe the kind of email library you need. Be specific about the types of blocks, your brand style, and any requirements.
  3. Denada generates the library structure and populates it with blocks.
  4. Review the result and continue chatting to refine the design.
Example prompt:
“Create an email library for our e-commerce brand. I need a hero block with a full-width image and headline, a two-column product feature block, a testimonial block, and a simple footer with social links. Use a clean, modern style.”
The more detail you provide about your brand (colors, fonts, tone), the closer the first draft will be to what you need.

Method 2: paste or upload HTML

If you already have email HTML — from an existing template, another email tool, or a designer — you can import it directly and Denada will convert it into a parameterized library.

Paste HTML in the app

  1. Go to the Libraries section in the sidebar.
  2. Click New library and select Import from HTML.
  3. Paste your HTML code into the editor.
  4. Denada parses the HTML and creates blocks with editable parameters.

Email your HTML

You can also send an email to import@heydenada.com from the email address associated with your Denada account.
  1. Forward an existing email template (or compose a new one with HTML content) to import@heydenada.com.
  2. Denada identifies you by your sender address and creates a new library under your team.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to the new library once processing is complete.
The quality of the imported library depends on the structure of the source HTML. Well-organized, semantic HTML produces the best results. The system handles most common email template patterns, but very complex or unconventional layouts may need manual adjustment.

Method 3: work with the Denada team

For fully custom libraries — especially when you need pixel-perfect brand compliance or complex interactive elements — the Denada team can build a library tailored to your specifications.
  • Send your existing templates. Provide your current email designs and the team will recreate them as Denada libraries with full parameterization.
  • Start from a brief. Share your brand guidelines, example emails, and requirements. The team designs and builds the library from scratch.

After creating a library

Once your library is ready, you can:
  • Use it in any new template by selecting it as the template’s library.
  • Continue refining blocks and parameters in the library editor.
  • Share it across your team so everyone builds with the same blocks.
