Denada is an AI-powered platform that helps marketing teams create on-brand email templates quickly. You describe what you need in a conversation, Denada generates a draft, and you refine it in an editor — all without writing any code.

The big picture

There are three things to know:
  1. Your brand is built into the system. Your team’s design system — layouts, fonts, colors, spacing — lives in a library that Denada uses every time it creates a template. This means everything it generates is already on-brand.
  2. You create templates through conversation. Instead of starting from a blank page, you give Denada context — type a prompt, upload a creative brief, attach reference images, or paste a URL. The more Denada understands about what you’re trying to do, the better the result. It builds a template using your library and you iterate through back-and-forth chat until the draft is right.
  3. You fine-tune in the editor. Chat and the editor live side by side in the same project view. While Denada builds your template on the left, you can switch to the Edit tab on the right to adjust text, swap images, reorder sections, and preview how it looks on desktop and mobile. Everything stays in sync.

The workflow

1. Start a project

Click + New in the top-right corner and choose New project. Select a library if prompted, then give Denada context — describe the email you want, upload a creative brief, attach reference images, or paste a URL. The AI generates a draft using your team’s library. Keep chatting to make changes: adjust the copy, try a different layout, add a section. Learn more about the chat interface →

2. Edit

Chat and the editor are side by side in the same project view. Switch to the Edit tab in the right sidebar to take direct control over every section of the template — update headlines, swap images, toggle optional sections on or off, and preview on different screen sizes. 3. Create variations

Need multiple versions? Generate variations automatically for A/B testing, different audience segments, or translations. By default, Denada keeps the same layout and structure across variations and just changes the content. If you want something more different — like a shorter version with fewer blocks — just say so (e.g., “Make an alternate, more concise version of this email with different blocks for a test”). 4. Collaborate

Share your template with teammates and stakeholders for feedback. Leave comments on specific sections, @mention colleagues, and publish a preview link so people outside your team can review and leave feedback — no Denada account required. Learn more about collaboration →

5. Export

When you’re ready, click Share to export. Push directly to your email platform — Denada integrates with Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Campaign Monitor. You can also export as an image, PDF, ZIP, CSV, or JSON, copy the HTML, or send a proof email to test how it looks in real inboxes. Learn more about exporting →

Templates and libraries

Every template in Denada is built from a library — a collection of reusable sections (like a hero banner, a product card, or a footer) that are trained on your brand. Libraries and their blocks are set up to match your brand’s design system — fonts, colors, spacing, layout patterns — so everything Denada creates is on-brand from the start. Libraries are typically created by developers or the Denada team during onboarding. You don’t need to build or manage them yourself — they work behind the scenes every time you create a new email. When you create a template, you’re assembling sections from your library and filling in content like headlines, images, and links.
If you’re curious about how libraries work under the hood, see the Libraries overview.

Collaboration

Denada is built for teams. You can leave comments on specific parts of a template, share preview links with stakeholders who don’t have a Denada account, and organize your work into folders. Version history is tracked automatically so you can always roll back. Learn more about collaboration →

Images

The image library is where your team stores logos, product photos, and other visuals. Upload images and Denada will automatically tag them with descriptions so they’re easy to find. When you’re building a template — either in chat or the editor — you can pull images directly from your library. Learn more about the image library →
