Image collections
Collections let you group related images together so your image library stays organized as it grows. You can have a collection for each campaign, product line, brand, or content type. What is a collection?
A collection is a named group of images within your image library. Every image belongs to exactly one collection. When you open your image library, you can switch between collections to see only the images in that group. The default collection
When you first upload images without choosing a collection, they go into the default collection. This is a catch-all space for images that have not been organized yet. You can move images out of the default collection and into a named collection at any time.Creating a collection
- Open the image library from the sidebar.
- Click New collection.
- Give your collection a descriptive name (for example, “Spring 2026 campaign” or “Product photos”).
- The collection is created and ready to use.
Moving images between collections
To move an image from one collection to another:- Select the image (or multiple images) in your current collection.
- Choose the Move to collection option.
- Select the destination collection.
Searching across collections
You can search for images by keyword, title, or description. By default, search looks within the currently selected collection. On team plans, you can also search across all collections at once to find images no matter where they are stored.Best practices
- One collection per campaign or project. This keeps things clean and makes it easy to archive old campaigns.
- Use the default collection as an inbox. Upload quickly, then sort into the right collection when you have time.
- Add metadata to images. Good titles and descriptions make search much more effective, especially when searching across collections.
- Clean up after campaigns. Archive or delete collections you no longer need to keep the library manageable.
Collections are shared across your entire team. Any team member can browse, add to, or organize images in any collection.
