Denada makes it easy to share your work with people who do not have a Denada account. Generate a public share link and send it to clients, stakeholders, or anyone who needs to review your template.
  1. Open your template in the editor.
  2. Click the Share button in the toolbar.
  3. Copy the Preview link.
  4. Send the link to your reviewers via email, Slack, or any other channel.
The link works immediately — no login or account required.

What shared viewers see

When someone opens a share link, they see a read-only preview of your template exactly as it will render in an email client. They can:
  • Scroll through the full template.
  • View it in desktop and mobile layouts.
  • See any public comments that have been left.
Shared viewers cannot edit the template, change parameters, or access your image library.

Public comments on shared templates

Reviewers who open a share link can leave comments on specific blocks of the template. These comments are always public and visible to your entire team inside the editor.
  1. The reviewer opens the share link.
  2. They click on a block to add a comment.
  3. They type their feedback and submit.
Your team sees the comment in the editor’s comment panel, where you can reply, resolve, or take action.
Use shared preview links as a lightweight approval workflow. Send the link, collect comments, resolve feedback, and finalize — all without your reviewers needing to log in.

Sharing folders

You can also share an entire folder of templates with a single link. This is useful when you want a reviewer to see all the emails in a campaign at once.
  1. Right-click a folder in the sidebar.
  2. Choose Share.
  3. Copy the link and send it to your reviewers.
Reviewers can browse all templates in the folder, open previews, and leave public comments on any of them. Learn more about folders Share links remain active as long as the template exists. If you need to revoke access, you can disable the share link from the Share dialog. Once disabled, anyone with the old link will no longer be able to view the template.
Anyone with a share link can view the template preview. Only share links with people you intend to have access.

Best practices

  • Use share links for review cycles. They are the fastest way to get external feedback without onboarding reviewers into Denada.
  • Share folders for campaigns. One link for an entire campaign is easier to manage than individual template links.
  • Check comments regularly. Reviewer comments appear in the editor as soon as they are posted.
  • Disable links when done. Revoke access after the review cycle to keep your work private.
