When your template is ready, the Share button in the editor toolbar gives you everything you need to publish, preview, export, and deliver your work. Here is a full breakdown of what is available.

Publishing and sharing

These options let you share your template with others — no download required.
  • Publish to web — toggle this on to make your template available at a public URL. Anyone with the link can view it.
  • View on web — opens the published version in a new tab so you can see what others will see.
  • Copy link — copies the public URL to your clipboard for sharing via email, Slack, etc.

Proofing and QA

Before you export, you can test how your template looks in real inboxes.
  • Send proof email — sends the rendered template as a real email to one or more addresses so you can check formatting across email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
  • QA in Inbox Monster — runs your template through Inbox Monster for deliverability testing and rendering previews across clients and devices.

Export formats

All export options appear under the Export section of the Share menu.
  • Export all variations — toggle this on to include all variations in any export format below. When off, only the currently selected variation is exported.

Export to image

Renders your template as a static image file that includes both the desktop and mobile views side by side. Useful for stakeholder reviews, presentations, or social media previews.

Export to PDF

Exports your template as a PDF document. Good for archiving, print review, or sharing with people who want a non-interactive version.

Export to ZIP

Downloads a ZIP archive containing your template as HTML along with any associated assets. When Export all variations is on, each variation is included as a separate file.

Export to CSV

Exports your template data in a spreadsheet format with one row per variation and columns for each parameter. Denada uses an AI-driven column layout that organizes your content into meaningful columns.
CSV export is especially helpful when you are managing many variations and want to review or edit content in a spreadsheet before finalizing.

Export to Figma

Sends your template to Figma for use in design workflows.

Export to JSON

Exports the raw template data as JSON, including the full structure, parameter values, and metadata. Useful for developer integrations and custom workflows.

HTML options

At the bottom of the Share menu, two quick options give you direct access to the rendered HTML:
  • Copy HTML — copies the rendered HTML to your clipboard so you can paste it directly into your email service provider.
  • Save HTML — downloads the rendered HTML as a file.

Integrations

The Integrations section lets you push templates directly to your connected email platforms.
  • Export to [platform] — sends the rendered template to a connected platform (e.g., Export to Iterable). The specific options shown depend on which integrations your team has configured.
  • Configure — opens the integrations settings where you can connect new platforms or manage existing configurations.
You need to connect your email platform before it appears in the Share menu. Click Configure to set up a new integration, or see the integrations overview for setup instructions.
