Getting Content into the Editor

Content arrives in the editor through the chat. All emails start in chart.

Editing Content

The editor provides rich editing capabilities: All emails are built from Templates. Those templates expose fields that you can to edit. Simply choose the field and make changes. Generally, brand guidelines will prevent you from changing styles that are preset, however, if your template allows it, you can change it.

Media Integration

  • Insert images from your Image Library
  • Crop and resize images directly in the editor
  • Add buttons and call-to-action elements
  • Embed videos where supported
  • Include social media links
If the template allows it, it will be exposed on the details sidebar and you can change it.

Using the Sidebar Panels

The editor includes several sidebar panels:

Properties Panel

  • Adjust settings for the selected element
